Bibi Free

Bibi Free costs nothing, so there's nothing to refund.

Bibi Plus

We don't offer refunds on Bibi Plus. You can cancel at any time in Settings, and Plus lasts until the end of the period you've paid for. You won't be charged again after that.

Your legal rights

This doesn't remove rights you have by law. Payments are handled by our reseller, Paddle, who is the merchant of record, and Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy also apply. If you live in the EU, EEA or UK, you may be able to withdraw within 14 days, unless you've started using Plus after agreeing at checkout to get it straight away. If Bibi Plus doesn't work as described, you may also be entitled to a refund.
