Bibi terms
Last updated: 5 November 2026. These terms are between you and Zias Van Campenhout, who runs Bibi. Contact: hello@bibidesk.com.
Using Bibi
You need to be at least 13 to use Bibi, or older if your country sets a higher minimum age for having your own online account. Keep your email account secure, because it's how you sign in. You're responsible for what you ask Bibi to do. On your computer, Bibi can read and change files and run commands when you allow it.
AI answers
Bibi is powered by Claude, made by Anthropic. Bibi isn't made or endorsed by Anthropic. AI can be wrong, so don't rely on factual statements from Bibi without checking them yourself, especially for health, legal or money decisions.
Acceptable use
You must follow Anthropic's Usage Policy. Don't use Bibi to break the law, harm people, or get around its limits, and don't resell or share your access. We can suspend accounts that do.
Plans and payment
Bibi Free has an allowance that refills 5 hours after your first message. Bibi Plus isn't available yet. When it is, it will cost €14.99 a month including VAT, with a monthly allowance, and renew until you cancel. Payments are handled by our reseller, Paddle, who is the merchant of record and whose buyer terms apply. You can cancel any time in Settings, and Plus lasts until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't offer refunds, apart from your rights under the law. See our refund policy.
Changes and availability
We may change Bibi, its models, allowances and prices. We'll tell you before a price change affects you. Bibi is provided as it is, and it may sometimes be unavailable.
Liability
Bibi can make mistakes, and it can change files or run commands when you allow it, so check what it does and keep backups of anything important. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, for lost data, or for the results of actions you approved. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it, or €50 if that's higher. Nothing here limits liability for death or injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit, and nothing here limits your rights under consumer law.
